Marfa Lights and The Marfa Army Airfield

by Thornsburg, Kim

Black books, threats to national security, UFO crashes, and Marfa as a hotbed of UFO activity....

The military categorized the Marfa Lights as "third category UFO spheres of many colors, i.e. foo fighters" also labeled as "highly intelligent." Marfa Lights and The Marfa Army Airfield delves into some of the accounts of the lights at the Marfa Army airfield in the fifties and also contains interviews with Fritz Kahl, the only operations officer that served at the Marfa Army Airfield who later on went to be the Mayor of Marfa.

The little book tells what the author says "may well be the greatest, tsllest, and truest, West Texas tale ever told about the Marfa Lights", and describes how Kahl believed the mystery lights of Marfa to be the primary cause of the Marfa Army Airfield closure.
